My HOME Loyalty Scheme

Eligibility

• The My HOME loyalty scheme is available exclusively for instore purchases at HOME Harborough. It is not applicable to online purchases or other sales channels.

Earning Stamps

• My HOME loyalty scheme is free to join, simply ask for a card with your next purchase.
• You’ll receive 1 stamp for every £40 spent in a single transaction.
• Multiple stamps can be collected on larger purchases (e.g. £80 = 2 stamps).

Rewards

• On your 5th purchase, enjoy 20% off your transaction when the full card is stamped.
• The 20% discount on the 5th purchase is single-use only and must be used on that transaction.
• On your 10th purchase, you’ll become a My HOME VIP and unlock lifetime 10% off all future in-store purchases.

Redemption Rule

• Discount can only be redeemed at the time of purchase.
• The completed card must be presented in-store to claim rewards.
  
• Lost cards cannot be redeemed, but you can start a new one.
• Stamps cannot be earned or redeemed on gift cards.

General Terms

• Loyalty cards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Offers are valid for personal use only and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
• The scheme is limited to one card per customer.
• Stamps are non-transferable and must be collected on the customer’s own card.
• HOME Harborough reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time.
• We may update these terms or withdraw the loyalty scheme at any time without prior notice. All valid cards and discounts will be honoured up to that date.
• Any personal information collected as part of the loyalty scheme will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy and will never be shared or sold to third parties.
